Bio
With 40+ years of experience as an architect, Lily leads the higher education design and campus planning studio at Sizemore Group and uses a team approach to design and management. She has worked with over 30 college campuses nationally and worldwide helping them with their programming, campus planning, design, and implementation of projects. In addition to leading design commissions, her methodology for planning has generated a road map for the implementation of wide-reaching capital requests with 70% of institutions’ top priorities completed by architects. Her approach blends quantitative and qualitative facets that amplify the character and culture of institutions. The approach has served as a foundation for workshops and seminars delivered to her peers. Her professional affiliations include Society for College and University Planning, USGBC, and the American Institute for Architecture – where she was elevated to the AIA College of Fellows in 2024.

Bio
Art Frazier is a licensed architect and has served as the Director of Spelman College’s Facilities Management and Services Department since 2005. Prior to Spelman, Art worked as a Program Manager for Clement and Wynn, Emory University, and H. J. Russell. From 1984 through 1997, he practiced architecture with Cooper Carry and Associates and Lord, Aeck, and Sargent. Art is a Past President of GAPPA and a frequent participant in APPA’s Thought Leaders Symposiums.
